- Tomatoes - 1 pc.

- Cheese - 50 g

Step-by-step preparation of Italian frittata (omelet in milk with minced meat and tomatoes), recipe with photo:
1. Wash the eggs, break the shells and pour the contents into a deep bowl. Add milk to the mass. Milk can be replaced with sour cream or plain water. But with dairy products, the omelet will be fuller and more satisfying.
2. Mix eggs with milk with a fork until smooth.
3. Wash the tomatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut them into pieces or wedges. Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater. If you have a whole piece of meat, then pass it through a meat grinder.

7. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the filling and season with salt. Twirl the skillet to spread the seven evenly over the entire filling.
8. While the egg mass is still running, sprinkle it immediately with cheese shavings. Place the skillet on the stove on medium heat and cook the Italian frittata, covered, for 5-7 minutes, until the eggs set.
