Forest mushrooms with a not very attractive name - morels, fully describing their appearance (wrinkled cap), are highly valued in different cuisines of the world for their delicate aroma and delicate taste. But morels are conventionally edible mushrooms. That is, before you cook them, the mushrooms must be boiled.
Many different dishes can be prepared from these mushrooms, but today we will talk about how to properly fry morels without losing their taste.

Ingredients:
- Morels - 500 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp l.
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. l.
- Salt and pepper to taste

How to fry morels - step by step cooking
First of all, sort out the morels and remove the spoiled mushrooms. Rinse them with plenty of water. Then fill them with cold water and place them on the stove. Boil morels after boiling water for 5 minutes. Then drain the first broth and rinse the mushrooms again under running water. Pour cold water over them again and bring to a boil a second time. Cook them 15 minutes after boiling.
Put the cooked morels in a colander and let the excess water drain off. When they drain, cut them into smaller pieces or leave them as they are. The legs of the mushroom are most often removed. We left a few to see if they were definitely not as tasty as the hats.
Now we will fry the mushrooms in a usually frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
When the mushrooms are browned and browned, add the lemon juice and spices to the pan. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve the ready-made mushrooms immediately and sprinkle them with green onions. Bon Appetit.
