Stewed potatoes with meat is a familiar recipe from childhood. It is not only familiar, but also very simple. However, simplicity is deceiving because there are enough secrets.
- First, you need to cook the dish in a heavy-bottomed saucepan on the stove. If you want to simmer it in the oven, then pots are the ideal choice.
