Step by step cooking omelet with milk and banana in a pan:
1. Wash the eggs in water, wipe with a paper towel and break the peel. Pour the contents into a deep bowl and salt a little.
2. Pour milk of any fat content into the eggs. You can substitute cream for milk if you wish. If you want the dish to be sweeter, you can add some sugar.
I cook a sweet omelet without flour, but you can add 0.5 tbsp. flour. However, then the omelet is not so tender. If you want to make a really tasty omelet, then cook it without flour or baking powder.
3. Whisk the eggs and milk until smooth.
Many people mistakenly believe that the longer the egg mixture is whisked, the fuller the omelet will be, but this is not the case. No need to whip until frothy. Just mix the eggs and milk into a homogeneous paste.
If desired, you can add ground cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla to the mixture.
4. Banana must be soft and ripe, so it will be sweeter. Wash and peel the fruit. Cut it into slices of medium thickness: rings, quarter rings, or cubes. Do not grind too much so that pieces of fruit are felt in the finished dish.
5. Place the bananas in the egg and milk mixture. You can also add different ingredients to the omelet: grated cheese, cottage cheese, nuts, pieces of chocolate, cocoa powder.

During frying under the lid, the omelet becomes fluffy, but after removing the lid, it will fall off due to the temperature difference.
7. Ready omelet with milk and banana in a frying pan must be served after cooking.
