Lose weight separately, rationally and with pleasure - thanks to this method of losing weight, you will learn how to properly mix fats, carbohydrates and proteins. The split diet was created by Dr. William Howard Hay. When he was seriously ill, doctors did not give him a chance for life. It was then that he showed his interest in natural medicine, and also conquered ailments by changing his diet. Later, he began to treat his patients.

The split diet is based on dividing foods into three groups: carbohydrates, proteins, and neutrals. The basic principle of a split diet is not to combine foods from the protein group with the carbohydrate group. However, products from these two groups can be combined with a neutral group. Dr. Hay believes that mixing these groups puts an undue strain on the digestive system and is the cause of many diseases.
