Sometimes the refrigerator is almost empty, except for leftover food, which, as it seems, will not be enough for a full dinner. But this is not the case. If a couple of eggs, half a portion of pasta, a slice of cheese, a tail of sausage and an onion are lying in the refrigerator, then in less than 20 minutes you can prepare a wonderful hearty and simple dish, a casserole of pasta with sausage.

Making a sausage pasta casserole

  1. Fry the onions until golden brown.

  3. Beat 2 eggs, pour milk over them. Mix with pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into circles and grate the cheese.
