At the same time, you should not use the food program for drying for more than one month. If you do not have big problems with being overweight, then two weeks may be enough for you. This is due to the fact that severe restriction of carbohydrate intake is the strongest stress for the body, and if you use such a nutrition program for a long time, disruptions in the work of all systems are possible.

Fish soups should be made from hake, cod or pollock, while for meat soups, chicken and rabbit meat are best suited. You can sometimes add to soup and cereals (whole grains) and various vegetables.   2. Protein salad. This is a great dinner dish that doesn't take a lot of cooking time. Boiled chicken, eggs and squid must be moved. This is a great salad containing a lot of protein compounds.
  3. Chicken in curd sauce. Make a sauce with cottage cheese, herbs, garlic, water, and spices. After that, they need to pour the boiled chicken meat.
  4. Chicken julienne with mushrooms. Chop the boiled chicken meat and fry it lightly along with the mushrooms. Pour yogurt over these ingredients and cook until golden brown.
  5. Protein omelet. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat them with the curd. After that, bake the dish in the oven until tender.

To do this, you need to combine two eggs, adding low-fat milk, herbs and spices to them. The mixture must be poured into a glass and cooked in a saucepan of boiling water.
