- Veal - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Oat flakes - 50 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Onions - 1 pc.

- Garlic - 2 cloves

Step-by-step preparation of veal meatballs with oatmeal, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat under running water, cut off the films with veins and dry with a paper towel. Peel the onions, wash and dry with a paper towel. Install a meat grinder with a medium hole attachment and twist the meat and onions through it. Also twist or press the peeled garlic cloves.
2. Add salt with black pepper, dried green onions and garlic or any other spices to the minced meat.
