In winter, forcing bulbs can be purchased and planted. Choose ones that are at least 6 cm in diameter, dry, without damage or weeping scales, preferably with live roots. Take the pot not too big - there should be 2-3 cm between the bulb and its walls, but high and stable, because the plant grows quite large. Place drainage on the bottom, for example, expanded clay.
