Step by step cooking pizza with tomatoes, minced meat and cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Pour about 40 degrees warm water and vegetable oil into a bowl. Add sugar, a pinch of salt, dry yeast and flour, which sift through a fine sieve to enrich it with oxygen.
2. Knead an elastic dough so that it does not stick to the crockery and hands. Leave it in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave it on all the time until you use it. In the meantime, get busy with the filling.
3. Peel the onions, wash, chop into thin strips and place in a bowl. Add sugar, pour vinegar and pour boiling water over. Stir and leave to marinate until ready to use. Boiling water will kill all the bitterness in the onion, and it will become tender, while remaining crispy.
4. Wash the meat under running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut off the film with veins and twist the minced meat in a meat grinder through the middle wire rack.
5. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. It is not necessary to bring it to readiness, tk. the minced meat will still be baked in the oven. Also wash, dry and cut the tomatoes into half rings, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
6. Knead the dough, roll out and place in a round pizza pan.
7. Brush it liberally with ketchup and lay out the pickled onions, from which well remove all moisture.
8. Spread the minced meat evenly on it, on which place the chopped tomatoes and cheese shavings. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send a pizza with tomatoes, minced meat and cheese to bake for half an hour. Serve it to the table immediately after cooking, while it is hot and fresh. If there is a piece left not eaten, then it can be reheated in the microwave, and then the pizza will be like fresh.
