The rhythm of life of a modern woman is such that it is not always possible to find time to cook a rich soup in meat broth. Since it usually takes at least 1, 5-2 hours to prepare it, and this is an unaffordable luxury on weekdays. It is at such moments that soup with dumplings comes to the aid of the hostesses. With them, you can cook an excellent soup in a very short time, which will please all family members.
Dumplings are organically combined with almost all products, so you can easily add a variety of vegetables, herbs, cereals, mushrooms, roots to them in the pan. Then the uncomplicated soup will become a luxurious dish. If you buy dumplings in a store, then pay attention to the quality of the product. They should contain 50x50 meat and dough. The dumplings should not be stuck together, but are in the package separately, otherwise, they were previously thawed. Meat filling for dumplings can be the most varied, which one you like best.

- Dumplings - 25 pcs.
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- Stone (any) - for broth (optional)
- Allspice peas - 4 pcs.
- Cilantro greens - small bunch
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
Cooking dumplings soup
1. Since I had free time and the remaining bones from the meat, I decided to use them for cooking broth, in which I will further cook the soup. If you do not have them, then skip the first three steps and start cooking it by placing vegetables in a pot of water.
Those who decided to cook soup like me, in broth, wash the bones and put them in a cooking pot. Add the peeled onion, one garlic clove, bay leaf, and allspice peas.
2. Fill the seeds with roots with drinking water and cook the broth for an hour. 15 minutes before finishing, season it with salt.
3. Strain the broth through cheesecloth into a clean saucepan, removing the seeds with spices. If there is meat on the bones, you can remove it and add it to the soup.
4. Peel, rinse and cut potatoes and carrots into strips or cubes.
5. Dip the vegetables into the broth and place them on the stove to simmer. For those who cook soup in water, put the fruit in a pot of clean water and continue to follow my recipe.
6. Boil vegetables until almost cooked and add dumplings to the pan.
7. Adjust the taste of the soup with salt and pepper, add finely chopped cilantro and boil the soup for 5 minutes. When the dumplings come up and are on the surface of the pan, remove the soup from the heat.
8. There is no need to insist on the soup, pour it into plates and start tasting right away. It is not customary to cook such a soup for future use, because dumplings for a long time in the water will become limp, increase in size and turn into a flat cake. Therefore, when starting to cook a meal, immediately consider the number of eaters.
