Today I propose a recipe for a tender, light and bright salad of lettuce leaves and tomatoes with a poached egg. It will certainly delight you with freshness and fill the body with vitamins. The salad will surpass all expectations as a variety of flavors are mixed here. Lettuce leaves add freshness to the dish, and poached egg - special tenderness. The recipe can contain absolutely any greens to taste.
It is the poached egg that is the most interesting highlight and addition to this salad. Since the vegetable set of products can be very different. To cook it properly, the eggs must be fresh. Step-by-step preparation of salad from lettuce leaves and tomatoes with poached egg, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the cucumbers, dry with a paper towel, cut off the ends on both sides and cut into thin quarter rings.
2. Wash, dry and cut the tomatoes into convenient sized pieces.
3. Wash green onions, dry with a paper towel and chop finely.
