Ingredients:
- White cabbage - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Greens (any) - bunch
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Canned saury in oil or its own juice - 1 can (240 g)
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Green onions - bunch
Step by step cooking salad with cabbage, tomatoes and canned saury in a spicy sauce, recipe with photo:
1. Wash white cabbage under running water, dry with a paper towel and chop into thin strips.
2. Wash the tomatoes, towel dry and cut into medium sized pieces of any shape.
3. Wash the cucumbers, dry with a paper towel, cut off the ends on both sides and cut into thin quarter rings.
4. Wash green onions, dry and chop finely.
5. Wash greens, dry and chop.
6. Remove canned saury from the jar, cut into medium-sized pieces and add to all vegetables.
7. Combine vegetable oil, soy sauce and mustard to prepare the dressing. Stir the foods well until smooth. The soy sauce in the recipe will completely replace salt. But if the salad is not salty enough for you, adjust its taste as you wish.
8. Salad with cabbage, tomatoes and canned saury, season with spicy sauce and mix well. Chill it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve. It will look very beautiful in portioned bowls or glass glasses. Although it can be laid out on one large dish.
