- Young white cabbage - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
- Boiled-frozen shrimps - 150-200 g
- Salt - pinch or to taste

Step by step cooking salad with cabbage, shrimps and herbs, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the cabbage from the upper inflorescences. they are usually dirty and tainted. Cut off the required amount from the head. Wash it under running water, dry it with a cotton towel and chop it into thin strips.
2. Wash, dry and chop parsley or any other greens.
3. Pour the cooked frozen shrimp with cold water and leave to defrost. Thawing them in cold water will preserve all the useful properties of the product. Since the shrimp were already cooked before freezing, they can be eaten without further processing.
Also for a salad, you can fry the shrimps in a pan in oil, but then the calorie content of the dish and the harmfulness of the product will increase, although the taste of the salad with fried shrimps will be better.
