Recipes for crab salads in our country appeared in Soviet times, and many housewives immediately fell in love with them. But why do we like making crab stick salads so much? Most likely, this is due not only to the excellent taste of this product, but also to the fact that crab sticks go well with many other products. Although the classic salad genre is still a salad with crab sticks, eggs and corn.
However, if desired, it can be well supplemented and deliciously varied, turning the usual dish into a more refined one. To do this, the standard set is replaced with meat and tomatoes, from which the taste of the dish immediately becomes richer, more interesting and nutritious. Such a salad will be a welcome guest on an everyday table, at banquets and receptions, corporate parties and holidays. Therefore, by including it in the usual and festive menu, you will not go wrong, but pamper guests and households with a new variation of the salad.

Cooking salad with meat and crab sticks
1. Wash the meat and boil until tender in salted water. The variety of meat can be absolutely any, but it is advisable to use the lean part. If there are layers of fat on the meat, cut it off after cooking. Do not pour out the broth that remains, but use it to make soup or stew.
2. When the meat is done, chill it well and cut into about 1 cm cubes. Pick up a large dish and place the pieces of meat on top of it, sprinkle with mayonnaise.
3. Remove the crab sticks from the packaging, cut into rings, place on top of the meat and pour over with mayonnaise. I advise you to buy chilled crab sticks, then the taste of the salad will be better. But if you have frozen chopsticks, then defrost them correctly - first in the refrigerator until soft, and then at room temperature.
4. Wash the tomatoes, cut into medium-sized slices and lay on the next layer. Peel the garlic and squeeze through a press onto the tomatoes. Top everything with mayonnaise.
5. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater and place on the tomatoes. It is not necessary to press down on it, the salad should look airy and free. Sprinkle some mayonnaise on the cheese if desired. The salad is ready and can be served.
A little mayonnaise is used in this salad, so I recommend putting it on the table in a gravy boat, so that each eater, if desired, can add it to his plate individually.
