Chicken fillet is a frequent feature of our family dinners. Since there are four men in my family, meat is held in high esteem. Chops are what everyone loves the most. But just chops are boring. I decided that I needed to diversify them a little. Today I will share with you a delicious batter, to which a lot of cheese is added. The chops come out juicy, and the cheese batter complements the chicken perfectly. Take the time and effort to prepare such a dish. Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Kefir - 0.5 tbsp.
- Flour - 4 tbsp. l.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying - 30 ml

Cut the chicken fillet into chops along the grain. Then beat each piece with a meat hammer. To stay clean for both you and the kitchen, put plastic wrap or a bag on the meat, beat it through the bag. There is no need to beat the chicken fillet hard, it is already quite soft. Salt and pepper each piece of meat.
Beat eggs with a fork or whisk. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater (on a coarse grater, it turns out tastier).
Add flour and kefir to eggs and cheese. Mix the batter. It should be like very thick sour cream. Season it as you see fit.
To keep the batter on the meat and not in the pan, roll the chops first in the flour and then in the batter.
