This method of cooking fish allows you to save all the juice, which usually remains on a baking sheet or foil when it is baked in the classical way. Today, instead of foil, we will use pita bread, which will be saturated with its fat and juices, due to which the fish will turn out to be very juicy and tasty.
To prepare this recipe, you should use fish fillets or fish varieties with a small number of seeds, which will have to be removed if possible. Because fish and pita bread are eaten at the same time. Any lavash itself is suitable for the dish, the main thing is that it is thin and of sufficient size so that you can wrap the fish. Of the vegetables, I used only carrots, but you can experiment with gastronomic discoveries by supplementing it with sautéed onions, fried mushrooms, slices of fresh potatoes, etc.
This method of cooking fish is very beneficial in that additional side dishes are not required for this dish, because "Lavash breading" is already serving as a hearty side dish. The dish is prepared quite simply and quickly, it turns out delicious, beautiful enough and original, so it can be safely included in the festive menu.
