- Milk cobs of corn - 6 pcs.
- Bacon with meat layers - 250 g

Cooking Oven Baked Corn with Bacon
1. Peel the corn leaves, rinse with running water and wipe with a dry towel so that there is no moisture on the cobs.
2. Cut the bacon into thin slices. To make it easier to cut more thinly, pre-hold the product in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes. When it freezes slightly, then with a sharp knife it will be possible to cut it into thin slices.
3. Wipe the corn with salt, and transfer the top and bottom strips of bacon along the entire length, or spirally twist them around the cobs.
4. Wrap the corn with baking parchment and cling foil on top. The parchment prevents adhesion and the foil retains heat transfer. If the corn is wrapped only in foil, then it can stick to the grain, and it will be impossible to eat it.
5. Place the ears on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake the corn at 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes. If you use fruits with ripe grains, then increase the cooking time to an hour.
6. Corn can be served for dinner, as an independent dish, or used as a side dish in an ideal combination with meat.
