At the same time, it always turns out quickly, satisfying and elegant. The most important thing is to choose the right filling for the particular occasion. Eggs are prepared quite quickly: the time of boiling the eggs, their cooling and stuffing. The filling is cut in parallel. Moreover, in the composition of the dish, shrimps are used in a minimum amount, which is good news. After all, seafood is still not cheap and not available to everyone. Take shrimps medium size 90/120, boiled and frozen. You can buy them already boiled and peeled.

Ingredients:
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Boiled-frozen shrimps - 8 pcs.
- Crab sticks - 4 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon for refueling
Step by step cooking of eggs stuffed with shrimps and crab sticks, recipe with photo:
1. Boil eggs in a steep consistency. To do this, dip them into cold water and place them on the stove. If you pour hot water or boiling water over them, the shell may crack and the contents will leak out. Then place the eggs on the stove and boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes. If overcooked, the yolk will take on a blue tint. Transfer the finished eggs to cold water and change it 2-3 times so that they cool faster and cleanse well. It is important that the shell easily comes off the protein, it remains even and smooth. To do this, immediately after cooking, they must be kept in ice water.
2. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
3. Separate the yolk and place it in the chopper.
4. Defrost crab sticks at room temperature, cut and send to the yolk.
5. Add mayonnaise to food.
6. Grind the yolk with crab sticks until smooth. Although the yolk can be mash with a fork, chop the crab sticks into small pieces and mix the food, seasoning with mayonnaise.
7. Stuff the halves with the prepared filling with the prepared mass. Defrost shrimps at room temperature or pour boiling water for 2-3 minutes to thaw them.
8. Peel the shrimp from the shell and cut off the head.
9. Decorate the top with eggs stuffed with crab sticks with shrimp necks. Add parsley sprigs if desired.
