Growing up, we have nostalgia for the taste of dishes from childhood. It's just that we are made. After all, now we only have to remember about chocolate bars in a wrapper with crocodile Gena and Cheburashka, crispy waffles with boiled condensed milk and melting potato cake. Such delicacies are in the distant past, so you have to cook them yourself at home.

We will devote today's review to a recipe with an unpretentious name for the "Potato" cake. It was this delicacy that was an excellent way to dispose of the remains of rusks, biscuits, biscuits, waffles and other confectionery products. Another advantage of this treat is that the cake does not need to be heat treated. All that is needed is to mix the products, form cakes from the resulting mass in the form of a well-known vegetable and decorate on top with wafer chips, crushed nuts or roll in cocoa powder.
