Hake in batter can become such a dish. Hake is not only a tasty product, but also very healthy. It contains many vitamins and minerals that contribute to the rejuvenation of our body.

Ingredients:
- Hake - 300 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs for boning
- Boning flour

Cooking hake fish in batter:
1. Most often, hake is sold frozen. Therefore, it must be properly defrosted. We take it out of the freezer and leave it in a warm place for 25 minutes. Do not process fish in hot water, the consistency may deteriorate.
2. When the hake thaws, you need to salt and pickle it in spices. In this recipe, we used fish spice, cumin and rosemary.
3. Cut the hake into thin sticks.
4. Pour bread crumbs (bread crumbs) into a plate and flour on the side. They will make the fish sticks crispy and will also help keep the dish in shape.
5. Place the hake in crackers and roll them on both sides so as not to miss a single section.
6. In the next step, use flour. Dip the fish in a large amount of flour.
7. Beat eggs into a plate and beat with a whisk until foam forms. Dip the hake in an egg and leave it there for a few minutes.
8. Pour sunflower oil into a hot frying pan and put hake in batter on it. Fry on each side for about two to three minutes. During this time, a golden crust should form.
