- Black bread - 5 slices

- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.

Making Smoked Herring Snack Sandwiches
1. Cut the bread into slices about 1.5–2 cm wide.
2. Peel the herring from the entrails, divide into fillets, remove the ridge, and cut into slices 1, 5 cm wide.
3. Cut the pickled cucumbers into rings about 3 mm thick.
4. Hard boil the eggs, chill in cold water, peel and cut in half. Cut each part into half rings 5 mm thick.
