But, unfortunately, not all housewives like to work with the dough, because not everyone knows how to start a yeast dough. Therefore, experienced chefs have come up with a quick and lazy yeast-free recipe for kefir pizza dough. Due to the interaction of the fermented milk product with soda, the dough is tender and soft. The main advantage of such a dough is the speed and ease of preparation. Thanks to this, you can quickly and easily bake pizza for unexpected guests. And it turns out a pizza made from such a dough is incredibly tasty and airy.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 1 tbsp.
- Baking soda - 1 tsp
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Kefir - 1 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp
Step-by-step preparation of kefir pizza blanks:
1. Pour eggs of warm temperature into a bowl.
2. Add sugar with salt and a mixer and beat the food until fluffy.
3. Pour kefir into another container, the same room temperature, add baking soda and mix well. Before your eyes, it will begin to foam and air bubbles will appear.

Heat the oven to 220 degrees and send the base to bake for 5 minutes. During this time, the dough will set well and lightly brown. So take it out of the brazier and stuff it with a delicious filling.
