Ingredients:
- Buckwheat - 250 g
- Buckwheat bran - 100 g
- Walnuts - 100 g (can be replaced with other nuts)
- Butter - 50 g
- Egg - 1 pc.

- Salt - a pinch
- Refined vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Cooking buckwheat cookies
1. Dip the buckwheat into a grinder or coffee grinder.
2. Turn the cereals into flour and transfer to a kneading bowl.
3. Peel the walnuts, chop them into pieces with a knife and add to the flour. If desired, they can be calcined in a pan, but then it should be borne in mind that fried walnuts increase the calorie content of the product.
4. Put bran, softened butter and vegetable oil, honey, a pinch of salt into a bowl and beat in an egg.
5. Knead the dough until smooth. Its consistency will be a little dense, but it should be so. With this dough, the biscuits will be slightly thick and crunchy. If you want the product to be softer, then add a little oil or put a few tablespoons of sour cream, and for a more dietary result, pour in vegetable oil.
6. Since the dough is denser, it will not work to roll it out with a rolling pin. Take a small part of it, roll a ball and press down to make a cake. Place them on a baking sheet.
