Classic milkshake is a thick ice drink prepared on the basis of milk, ice cream and syrup (chocolate, caramel, coffee, berry). For home use, such drinks are good because the concentration of syrups and the richness of the taste can be adjusted for yourself. In addition, fresh fruit and seedless berries are suitable as syrups. In addition, the cocktail will be much healthier.
It is also permissible to use a variety of yoghurts, juices, syrups, cream, nuts, alcoholic liqueurs and spirits in the composition of milkshakes. However, it is best to quench your thirst on a hot summer day with a milkshake with ice cream and juicy fruit or berries, for example, with strawberries. Such a drink will not only refresh, but also add satiety. I will note that such cocktails are drunk even by non-milk lovers. And this is especially important for mothers who have picky kids. Milk shake is contraindicated for those who are on the go, because it is high in calories.

Making a strawberry milkshake
1. Use a blender to make a cocktail. The device can be stationary or submersible. Dip frozen ice cream into the selected bowl.
Usually it is a creamy ice cream, but it can be chocolate, caramel, vanilla and other flavors.
2. Pour cold milk into a blender. I draw your attention to the fact that milk should be exactly cold. Otherwise, warm dairy product at room temperature simply will not whisk.
3. Wash the strawberries, remove the tails and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the large berries in half, and leave the smaller ones whole. Add them to the blender to the food.
4. Place the bowl on an electrical appliance, close the lid and beat at high speed until an airy foam with bubbles appears.
5. Pour the drink into the glass immediately and start tasting. Since it is not customary to prepare a milkshake for future use, the foam will settle, the airiness will disappear and the cocktail will turn into ordinary strawberry milk.
