An example of this is coffee with egg yolk. The drink is tasty, unusual and original with a more delicate texture and mild taste. At the same time, the strength of the coffee remains unchanged. At the same time, it is worth remembering the general recommendations for making coffee: natural freshly ground coffee is brewed in a copper turk. They take purified filtered water, because from the tap will only spoil the taste of the drink.

Ingredients:
- Ground brewed coffee - 1 tsp.
- Egg yolk - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 1 tsp or to taste
- Cognac - 20 ml (optional)
Step-by-step preparation of coffee with egg yolk, recipe with photo:
1. Pour ground brewed coffee into a copper pot. If not, you can brew coffee in a mug. The taste, of course, will be slightly different, but it will still make a good drink.
2. Then add sugar to the Turk.
3. Fill the coffee with drinking water. The amount of water is usually taken about 75 ml. Although this is a matter of taste.
4. Put the pot on fire and boil.
5. As soon as water begins to boil in the Turk, which will foam and rise up, immediately remove the Turk from the stove.
6. Let the coffee brew for 1 minute and repeat the process again.
7. Brew the whole coffee in this way 3 times.
8. During this time, carefully separate the yolk from the protein. You won't need protein for the recipe, so use it for another dish.
9. Beat the yolk with a mixer until an airy, thick, lemon-colored foam. You can beat it with sugar.
10. Pour the finished coffee into a serving glass.
11. Cool it to 85 degrees and pour in the cognac. If cognac is added to boiling water, the alcohol will evaporate.
12. Gently spoon whipped yolk onto the surface of the coffee so that it does not mix with the drink.
13. Taste coffee with egg yolk right away. Sprinkle the egg foam with cocoa powder through a fine sieve if desired.
