First, you need to brew coffee in a little water or milk, and then strain it through cheesecloth folded in half, and then cook according to the recipe. It should also be borne in mind that if there is an allergy to bee products, then it can be replaced with vanilla extract (5 ml) or vanilla sugar (10-15 g). 1. Dissolve coffee and sugar in a little milk. Stir and leave to brew well. If you use brewed coffee, then strain it well several times through a fine sieve or cheesecloth folded in half so that no grains get into the drink.
2. Pour the yolks into a convenient bowl and add the sugar.
3. Beat the yolks until an airy, lemon-colored foam forms.
4. Pour the brewed coffee over the yolks and mix well again.
5. Next, pour in the remaining milk and mix everything. Send the drink to the refrigerator to cool for half an hour. Adjust the consistency of the liqueur by the amount of added yolks. The more of them, the thicker and more viscous the drink will be, respectively, on the contrary, the less, the less often.
6. Air foam forms on the surface of the beverage. After the time spent in the refrigerator, carefully remove it with a spoon. Pour the liquor into a bottle and store it on the refrigerator shelf. Serve with freshly brewed coffee, a chunk of chocolate, strawberries, or soak a variety of biscuits and cakes.
