What is cappuccino? This is a coffee with milk prepared in certain proportions. There are a lot of drinks that are prepared on the basis of coffee and milk, so cappuccino is not the only elixir prepared with these products. Today, few people know that cappuccino appeared thanks to the Italian Capuchin monks. And it is to them that we owe that everyone can enjoy such a life-giving drink that everyone can prepare at home.
An invigorating blend with coffee bitterness and delicate milk, judging by opinion polls, is preferred by those people who do not particularly like classic espresso. And if you are one of those, then my recipe is especially for you. If you have a coffee machine at home, you can prepare a cappuccino semi-automatically by brewing a regular espresso and combining it with all the other ingredients. In the absence of such a technique, then prepare a drink like me. Its taste is also amazing. Also, if you are a lover of coffee with spirits, you can add a little brandy or whiskey.

Ingredients:
- Milk - 150 g
- Instant coffee - 1 tsp
- Cocoa powder - 0.5 tsp
- Ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- Dark chocolate - 10 g
- Dry cream - 1 tsp
Making homemade chocolate and cinnamon cappuccino
1. Grate the chocolate on a fine grater. If you do not have one, then chop it very finely with a knife.
2. Put instant coffee, ground cinnamon, cocoa powder and dried cream into a cup.
3. Pour about 50 mg of boiling water over everything and let it brew for about 5 minutes. If you love brewed coffee, you can use it. But only in this case, when combining it with milk, use filtration (sieve, gauze) so that its grains do not get into the drink.
4. Pour milk into a glass and send it to warm up in the microwave. You can also heat the milk in a mug on the stove. If you wish, you can boil the milk. I do not do this, because I use it sterilized.
5. Combine the coffee with milk and mix well. If you wish, you can add sugar to the drink to taste. I do not put it, as the sweetness that chocolate gives is enough for me.
