By boiling beans and mixing them with other ingredients, you get an incredibly vitamin energy mixture. And so that it looks beautiful and appetizing, we will make small round sweets out of it. Thus, we will enjoy the amazing taste and supply the body with a mass of useful substances, which is especially necessary in the winter season. These healthy sweets will not leave anyone indifferent. They have a delicate creamy taste and will appeal to all eaters. They will be appropriate not only for everyday meals, but also on the festive table. In addition, they can fully replace breakfast. After all, many children do not want to eat semolina or oatmeal in the morning. And they are unlikely to refuse such sweets.

Ingredients:
- Beans - 150 g
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sunflower seeds - 50 g
- Dark chocolate - 50 g
- Sugar - 50 g or to taste
- Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
- Prunes - 50 g
- Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Step-by-step preparation of bean sweets with chocolate, honey, cinnamon and dried fruits, recipe with photo:
1. Sort out the beans, wash them and fill them with water in a ratio of 1: 2 in favor of water. the legume will double in volume. Leave to soak for 6 hours. This action is necessary so that the beans cook faster and there is no stomach bloating. Change the water several times while soaking to prevent the bean from fermenting.
2. Transfer the beans to a sieve and rinse under running water. Place in a cooking pot and cover with clean water, also in a 1: 2 ratio. Place the pot on the stove.
3. Boil the beans over high heat and reduce heat heat.
4. Continue simmering the beans, uncovered, until tender. Try 3 beans after 1 hour. If they are all cooked the same way, then the beans are ready. If at least one is raw, continue cooking. Raw beans contain harmful substances for the body.
5. Place the seeds in the pan.
6. Fry them until light golden brown. Stir them occasionally to prevent them from burning.
7. Put the fried seeds on a board and crush them into smaller particles with a rolling pin.
8. Peel the walnuts.
9. And fry in a pan for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
10. Put the fried nuts on a board and chop into small pieces with a knife.
11. Wash prunes and dry with a paper towel.
12. Cut dried plums into small pieces.
13. Grind dark chocolate into medium pieces with a sharp knife.
14. Discard the boiled beans in a colander to drain all the moisture and place in a convenient wide container.
15. Grind the beans with a blender until puree.
16. Place the butter in a deep bowl.
17. Melt the butter in the microwave and pour over the beans.
18. Season with sugar and stir.
19. Send all the chopped ingredients to the beans: seeds, nuts, prunes, chocolate.
20. Add cocoa powder and ground cinnamon to the food.
21. Stir, pour in honey and stir again.
22. Soak the mass in the refrigerator for 1 hour to get a thicker consistency. Then form the candies in a round shape and sprinkle them with cocoa powder.
23. Keep ready-made candies in the refrigerator.
