Black clay is considered the best face remedy. Therefore, masks made from it are very effective and so popular among women. Here you will find recipes that you will definitely love and suit your skin type.
Properties of black clay
Black clay is a universal product in cosmetology, it is successfully used for face, body and hair care. Black clay masks for the face have proven themselves well, because the face is our everything! It should be perfectly smooth, without flaking, acne and a single wrinkle. The composition of black clay contains substances such as magnesium, calcium, quartz, iron, strontium. They not only improve metabolism and stimulate blood circulation, but also eliminate waste and toxins from the body. Research shows that the properties of black clay have a beneficial effect on getting rid of acne, improving skin color and getting rid of expression lines. Moreover, it is suitable for absolutely all skin types: dry, oily, normal or combination.
How do they work
These masks have a gentle peeling effect. We apply to the skin and remove the keratinized layer of cells, so those who have tried these recipes once know that after them the face becomes soft and smooth. With a combined or oily type, masks normalize the work of the sebaceous glands and narrow the pores, as a result of which the oily sheen will disappear.
Black clay face masks:
1. Facial massage with black clay
Black clay is not only a skin cleanser, it can easily get rid of blackheads. In general, I try not to touch my face with my hands, as I noticed that the slightest touch can cause small pimples or black spots (especially in summer). And here I came across a recipe for getting rid of this problem. To do this, you need to take clay powder (2 tbsp. L) and dilute it with clean water (1 tbsp. L). Then apply the mask on the face in an even layer and wait until it dries up (10 minutes should be enough). Then slightly wet your fingers and use the pads to massage the surface of the face with point movements (especially near the nose, where black dots most often appear). That's all. You don't need to press hard, massage for 15 minutes and rinse off the remains thoroughly with warm water.

3. Cleansing
After such a gentle exfoliation, the next day you can have a real spa procedure using a decoction of chamomile flowers. I think there is such goodness in every home, especially if there are kids (for my daughter, I often make chamomile broth for the bath). Pour dry flowers (2 tablespoons) with a glass of hot water. Insist half an hour, strain. Dissolve the clay powder (2 tbsp. L) with the resulting broth, stir until smooth, apply on the face. I have combination skin, so this recipe is perfect for me. And if you have oily skin, then instead of chamomile, you can take a series. We cook in the same way and wash off with cool water.
4. Nourishing black clay mask (for dry skin)
When the face is weathered, "constricted", devoid of moisture, then the first wrinkles creep up here imperceptibly, which, you must admit, is not very pleasing to the beautiful half of humanity. This recipe is perfect for both dry and normal skin. Dilute black clay with fat sour cream (2 tbsp. L). You can add a little warm milk. See for yourself, the mixture should not be very thick, but also not spread. Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water.
5. Mask for acne
This black clay mask works almost instantly. If you need to get rid of pimples in a couple of days, then try this express method. Prepare a rosehip decoction, strain it. It is necessary to dilute 100 g of clay powder with this broth to the consistency of sour cream. Add a few drops of jojoba oil, wheat germ, or avocado oil (read about the benefits of avocados). Stir everything. Tip: before applying the mask, cleanse your face and steam it a little so that the active substances of the decoction and powder can have a beneficial effect on the deep layers of the dermis. Leave the mask for 20 minutes, rinse, rub the skin with cucumber or lavender lotion.
