The most effective diet can only be suggested by an experienced dietitian. Despite the fact that everyone recommends visiting a specialist before each passage of weight loss programs, few can afford it because of financial opportunities or because of a tight schedule. In this case, you can pay attention to the well-known method of losing weight, developed by the Czech doctor Horvath.
General information about the Croat diet
The Prague specialist's diet is aimed at reducing the amount of fats and carbohydrates consumed with a daily diet of 1500-1700 kcal. This diet allows you to lose weight by 5-6 kg in two weeks. This diet, although it does not give such results as quick and hard options, but it allows you to simultaneously improve your health. Also, the diet proposed by the doctor includes meat and potatoes, making the diet itself not so difficult, which should please people with weak willpower. With regard to the methods of culinary processing, stewing, baking and boiling are allowed here.
The Croatian diet contains the following foods:
- Meat products, lean meat.
- Diet poultry meat.
- Low-fat saltwater fish.
- Eggs.
- Various vegetables and fruits.
- Fermented milk products with a low percentage of fat.
- Rye bread croutons.
Anyone who has read about diets at least once and was interested in the restrictions in the diet for weight loss will probably be surprised at such a number of permissible calories in the proposed version from a Prague nutritionist. As for the potatoes, which are often discarded, based on the assumption that this product provokes weight gain, Horvat considers it not dangerous either for the figure or for health itself. The fact is that many people, instead of boiling or steaming potatoes, prefer to choose another cooking option, which is based on frying the product. As a result, it is from fried and fatty potatoes, as well as from the large portion size, that excess weight is added.
Benefits of the Croat diet
Before starting a diet, be it Croatian, mono-diet or another weight loss program, you need to ask not only how many kilograms you can lose weight, but also what benefits the selected diet provides. As for the diet developed by the Prague dietitian doctor, it has the following advantages:
- If you strictly adhere to the rules of the menu of this diet, extra pounds will not be returned.
- The Croatian diet does not stress the body, which means that after going through a weight loss program, you can lose weight without harm to your health.
- Weight decreases gradually, this is especially good for the skin, since after rapid weight loss, the epidermis can lose its elasticity and sag.
- An easily tolerated diet does not have bad consequences.
- The program normalizes metabolism, improves digestion and can even be a reason to switch to proper nutrition, strengthening health.
As for the disadvantages of the Croat diet, here they were formed due to the feedback of people who lost weight in a way developed by a Prague nutritionist. Often on the Internet you can find opinions that the diet is not very effective, since other options for losing weight, including mono-diets, allow you to lose twice as many extra pounds in a short time. The next disadvantage may be insufficient restriction of calorie intake, since some foods are not able to speed up the process of losing weight, and a slight exaggeration of the results in weight loss.
Czech diet: contraindications
Many women who take care of their health, before going on a diet, are looking for information about whether their chosen weight loss program is capable of provoking stress for the body, thereby impairing the functioning of internal organs. The Croat diet has an advantage over others in that it is safe for health and is suitable for almost all people who decide to lose extra pounds. True, here, perhaps, the only ban on this program of a nutritionist from the Czech Republic, which lies in an allergy to egg white, should be noted.
