Any bananas are suitable for the recipe. Even if you find dark-skinned bananas in the refrigerator, do not rush to throw them away, they are just overripe. The dark skin hides a sweet, delicate and aromatic pulp. Even if it turns amber, do not cut anything. It is from such bananas that the most delicious pancakes will be obtained. Green fruits have a herbaceous flavor and baked goods with them will not be as tasty.
Sour milk is a fermented milk product that is obtained by fermenting milk. That is, milk is fermented on its own bacteria. Examples of other fermented milk drinks are fermented baked milk, varenets, yogurt, or kefir. Therefore, in the absence of yogurt, you can use substitutes.

- Sour milk - 200 ml
- Banana - 1 pc.

Step-by-step preparation of pancakes with banana in curdled milk, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the banana and mash with a fork into a homogeneous gruel. Use a blender to chop the fruit for large portions. If you wish, you can finely chop the banana, then pieces of fruit will come across in the finished pancakes.
2. Add the egg to the banana gruel and stir the food.
3. Pour in yogurt at room temperature. If the fermented milk product is cold, then it will not react with soda. From what pancakes will not be so magnificent.
4. Add a pinch of salt, sugar and knead the dough again.
5. Sift flour through a fine sieve and add baking soda.

7. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well. Spoon the dough out with a tablespoon. Fry the pancakes over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown and small holes appear on the surface.
