Step by step cooking oatmeal with banana
1. Before preparing oatmeal with banana, make the base for the omelet. To do this, combine the egg with milk and beat with a whisk.
2. Next, add instant oatmeal. Mix so that the oatmeal spreads evenly over the egg mixture.
3. Grease the pan with vegetable oil. Do not pour too much of it so that it does not spoil the taste and make the dish too greasy. It is enough to take 0, 5-1 tsp to just lightly process the surface.
4. Then pour out the egg mixture. Can be covered with a lid. Fry for 3-4 minutes. You do not need to turn it over, it will bake well as it is.
5. When ready, remove from the pan. Cut the banana into thin slices and spread on one half of the pancake.
