In a lightweight version, minced meat is mixed with the dough into a single mass and baked in a pan like ordinary pancakes.
Minced meat for this recipe for lazy whites on kefir can be taken from any meat - pork, chicken, turkey, beef. It is best not pasty, but a coarsely ground product so that its taste is well felt in the finished snack.

Ingredients:
- Kefir - 2 tbsp.
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Flour - 1, 5 tbsp.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying - 50-70 ml
Step-by-step cooking of lazy whites on kefir in 20 minutes
1. Before cooking lazy whites on kefir, slightly heat the fermented milk product. This can be done in a water bath or in the microwave. Then add soda to it and mix well.
2. Onions must be chopped very finely so that large pieces do not come across in the finished dish. It is not advisable to use a hand blender, because it makes the product too liquid. Then add it along with the minced meat to a plate with kefir.
3. Sift the flour and add it along with the spices to the minced meat. We knead the dough to the consistency of pancakes - not very liquid, but easy to pour.
4. Grease the bottom of the pan with oil and heat it up. Using a large spoon, pour in the prepared dough in portions, maintaining a distance of a couple of centimeters between the cakes. We put the fire on the middle level. It is important that the mass is baked, but not burnt.
5. After 4-5 minutes, turn over and cover. So we bring it to readiness for another 4-5 minutes. Remove from the pan and, if necessary, leave on a wire mesh or paper towel to remove excess fat.
6. Delicious and easy-to-prepare lazy kefir whites are ready in 20 minutes! We serve them hot as a snack in combination with vegetables or pickles.
