Step by step cooking poached eggs in the microwave, recipe with photo:
1. Pour drinking water into a convenient microwave safe container. Add a pinch of salt and vinegar. Mix well.
2. Wash the egg, gently break the shell with a knife and pour the contents into a container with water. Make sure the egg is completely covered in water.
3. Cover the mug with a saucer and microwave the egg. Cook it for 40-45 seconds at maximum power.
4. When the protein coagulates, remove the container from the microwave oven so that the yolk does not have time to cook and remains soft. When removing a container from the microwave, be careful - the dishes may be hot. If the protein has not “grabbed” enough, return the egg to the microwave and cook it for another 10 seconds. When the egg is ready, drain the water from the container, and carefully remove the egg with a slotted spoon. Serve the finished poached egg cooked in the microwave immediately to the table. It is not customary to cook it for the future. Spread it on warm toast, bagel, plain bread, or fresh vegetable salad.
