Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Stem celery - 50 g
- Quinoa - 350 g
- Garlic - 2 wedges
- Olive oil - 20 ml
- Parsley - 10 g
- Basil - 10 g
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
Step-by-step cooking of quinoa with chicken in a slow cooker:
- Turn the multicooker to the "frying" mode for 15 minutes. Pour in olive oil immediately and add finely chopped garlic.
- After 1 minute, immediately place the sliced celery stalks across.
- Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and send to the slow cooker. Close the bowl and cook until the end of the frying time.
- Rinse the quinoa under running water, pour into a multicooker and pour 250 ml of water. Season with salt, cover and simmer for half an hour.
