  • Quinoa - 350 g
  • Garlic - 2 wedges
  • Olive oil - 20 ml
  • Parsley - 10 g
  • Basil - 10 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch

Step-by-step cooking of quinoa with chicken in a slow cooker:

  1. Turn the multicooker to the "frying" mode for 15 minutes. Pour in olive oil immediately and add finely chopped garlic.
  2. After 1 minute, immediately place the sliced celery stalks across.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and send to the slow cooker. Close the bowl and cook until the end of the frying time.
  4. Rinse the quinoa under running water, pour into a multicooker and pour 250 ml of water. Season with salt, cover and simmer for half an hour.
  5. After this time, add chopped parsley and basil. Stir and leave covered for 5 minutes so that all the liquid is absorbed and the cereal is steamed.
