Recently, salads have been replacing breakfasts and dinners for many. For this reason, it is important that they are not only fresh and tasty, but also satisfying. This category includes a salad with chicken, cheese and grapes. It should be said that chicken salads are a necessary attribute of almost every festive feast, and even more so in combination with juicy grapes, which serves as a great decoration for food, and gives the food a slightly sour tint. It turns out this dish is fresh and quite satisfying.
In this recipe, I mixed all the ingredients, and decorated the salad with grapes. But on the occasion of the holiday, it is advisable to make it in a puff form. Then he will have a gorgeous solemn look and such a salad will be a real delight for gourmets! Grapes for the dish can be used in any color and variety, but it is preferable to purchase raisins, because it is pitted. Otherwise, it will be necessary to carefully remove them with a knife and only then put it in the salad. For dressing dishes, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also fat-free yogurt mixed with mustard. This is especially important for those who are calorie counting and fit.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise - for dressing
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Grapes (raisins) - 1 medium bunch
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
How to make a salad with chicken, cheese and grapes:
1. Wash the chicken fillet under running water, put in a cooking pot, cover with water and place on the stove.
2. After boiling, remove the resulting foam, season the broth with salt and simmer under a closed lid for about half an hour. Then remove from the broth and leave to cool.
3. When the meat is completely cool, chop or tear into fibers.
4. Load the eggs into a cooking container, cover with water and boil until a cool consistency for 10 minutes. Then transfer to ice water to cool.
5. Peel and rinse eggs. Cut them into medium cubes with sides of 6-7 mm.
6. Wash the grapes under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the berries in half. If you bought another grape variety with seeds, then extract them from the berries.
7. Cut the cheese into cubes the same size as the eggs and place in a deep salad bowl.
8. Add the sliced eggs.
9. Put chopped chicken fillet there and pour mayonnaise. Do not overdo it with mayonnaise so that the salad does not turn out too watery. Better add it later.
10. Stir the ingredients.
11. Choose the most convenient dish for decorating your meal and lay out the salad in a slide. You can give it any shape, for example, berries or bunches of grapes. Decorate the top of the salad with halves of grape berries, tightly overlapping them on all sides, as if pressing them so that they hold well. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve. If you do not serve it right away, cover it with cling film so that it does not weather.
