Ingredients:
- Mackerel - 1 pc.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Seasoning for fish - 1 tsp without slide
- Lemon - 0.25

Step by step cooking fried mackerel in foil in a pan, recipe with photo:
1. If the mackerel is frozen, then defrost it in a natural way without using a microwave oven and hot water. Then cut off the head, tail, and fins. Open up the belly and remove the entrails. Remove the black film from the inside of the abdomen. Wash the fish under running water and dry with a paper towel.
