But the crucian carp turns out to be always tasty, tender and soft, from which it has many admirers. Among the housewives, recipes for baked crucian carp in foil are popular, there are a lot of cooking options. Usually carcasses are cooked in the oven, but today I propose to make them in a pan. Ingredients:
- Crucian carp - 1 pc.
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Seasoning for fish - 0.5 tsp
- Mustard - 0.5 tsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Salt - 1/3 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Step-by-step cooking of fried crucian carp in foil in a pan, recipe with photo:
1. In a small deep bowl, squeeze the juice out of the lemon, add the mustard and seasoning for the fish.
2. Pour in the soy sauce, add salt and black pepper. Stir the sauce well.
3. Peel the carp with a scraper and remove the gills.
4. Rip open the belly, remove the entrails and wash off the black film on the belly. Wash the prepared carcass under running water and dry with a paper towel.
5. Cut the required cut from the foil and place the crucian carp on it. Spread the prepared marinade on the inside and on all sides of the fish.
6. Wrap the crucian carp in foil and place in the pan.
7. Place the lid on the skillet and cook on the stove over medium heat for 15 minutes after the skillet has reheated. Serve the finished crucian carp fried in foil in a pan to the table in the foil in which it was cooked, because the marinade and tasty juice from the fish will remain in it.
