Tomatoes are a traditional product in our kitchen. It is one of our favorite vegetables and is commonly consumed both raw and processed. I propose to prepare a dish that will help ensure comfortable and easy weight loss without harm to your health - tomatoes stuffed with minced meat. This is a very interesting recipe that can be served not only on an ordinary, but also on a festive table. The food looks beautiful, the taste is amazing, and the meat makes the dish satiety. They can easily replace a full-fledged dinner, while remaining full.
For this appetizer, I recommend choosing tomatoes of medium size, then they will look beautiful on the table. And minced meat can be used of any kind: pork, beef, chicken, or make an assortment. The food will still be delicious. In preparation, the dish is quite simple and original. All that is required is to do only four operations - twist the meat, transforming it into minced meat, carefully cut out the middle of the tomato, stuff the tomatoes with the filling and send the appetizer to bake in the oven.

Cooking minced tomatoes
1. Wash dense and firm tomatoes, cut off the caps and remove all the pulp with a teaspoon. Do this very carefully so as not to damage the walls, which should remain about 5 mm thick.
2. Wash and dry the meat, pass it through a meat grinder or kill with a blender. It can also be shredded with a food processor. But if there are no such kitchen utensils, then just chop it finely, but then the baking time will increase by 7-10 minutes.
3. Also twist the peeled onion through a meat grinder.
4. Pass the peeled garlic cloves through a press and add to the minced meat.
5. Season food with salt and pepper, add chopped basil and stir in the filling. You can also add all kinds of your favorite spices.
6. Fill the tomatoes with minced meat.
7. On top of the cups of tomatoes, cover the "caps" cut from them. However, they can not be used, and the tomatoes can be rubbed with grated hard or melted cheese. It will not spoil the taste of the appetizer, but only ennoble. Cover the food with a lid, if any, or wrap it with food foil.
8. Heat the oven to 200 ° C and send the snack to bake for half an hour.
9. Serve warm to the table. However, the tomatoes will be tasty and chilled.
