This is an option for preparing a large stuffed zucchini for the whole family! Such a dish is not difficult to prepare, it will decorate any table, and even a festive family dinner!
For this recipe, take a medium-sized zucchini with a thin skin, then they will turn out to be very tender and tasty. If you are using not young, but old zucchini, peel the skin, because she is rude. Instead of courgettes, you can use eggplant for this recipe. Serve the dish deliciously with fresh sour cream, because a side dish may not be required at all. Add greens, aromatic herbs and various spices (oregano, basil, cumin) to minced meat. Do not discard the pulp from the center, which has been removed, but chop and fry, like cutlets or pancakes. Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 1pc.
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Cilantro greens - a few twigs
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Minced meat - 150-200 g
- Rice - 2 tablespoons
Step by step cooking zucchini stuffed with minced meat Cylinder, recipe with photo:
1. Pre-boil the rice in salted water until half cooked.
Add finely chopped cilantro and one twisted tomato to the minced meat. Season with salt and black pepper and stir.
2. Wash the zucchini, dry it with a paper towel and use a special knife to remove the core along the length, leaving the walls of the vegetable about 0.5-1 cm.
3. Fill the zucchini with the filling and place in a baking dish.
