It is delicate, airy, juicy and will definitely suit your taste. Currant sauce adds a fragrant note to the product. In addition, black currant berries are very useful, both fresh and frozen. Although you can use red berries instead of black currants, they are more acidic, so you need to put a little more sugar in the dough. Although, as a filler for this delicacy, you can use any fruits and berries to taste. Apples, bananas, nectarines, apricots, peaches, raisins, candied fruits, dried apricots, prunes, dates will diversify the taste of curd pudding. And you can even add grated carrots or pumpkin. If you take sweet fruits, then slightly reduce the amount of sugar.
Preparing such a dessert is simple, but it turns out to be very delicate in consistency. It contains no flour and harmful products, which means it is very useful. This is a more dietary baking option, because steamed curd pudding is prepared, which is created in a frying pan under the lid on the stove.

- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Frozen fruit or frozen fruit puree - 50 g
- Sour cream - 75 ml
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Semolina - 50 g
- Sugar - 50 g or to taste
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp
Step by step preparation of curd pudding with semolina and black currant in a pan on the stove, recipe with photo:
1. Place the curd in a bowl. It can be of any fat content, because this does not affect the taste of the finished dessert, but only affects the calorie content of the product.
