Pour or pour pies are the simplest baked goods you can think of. It's very simple - I mixed all the ingredients for the dough and poured the filling into it. This version of the dough is suitable for those who do not have yeast baked goods, or when there is no time to cook at all. As a filling can be not only mushrooms - champignons, oyster mushrooms, chanterelles, boletus and others, you can add potatoes to them. You can take fish or canned fish, vegetables, meat, berries, fruits. The choice is great. So don't stop at one version of the cake, try different toppings and find your favorites.

Ingredients:
- Kefir - 2 tbsp. (dough)
- Eggs - 2 pcs. (dough)
- Soda - 1 tsp (dough)
- Flour - 370 g (dough)
- Salt - 1 tbsp l. (dough)
- Sugar - 1 tsp (dough)
- Mushrooms - 500 g (filling)
- Onions - 2 pcs. (filling)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Step-by-step preparation of jellied kefir pie with mushrooms
It is best to prepare the filling earlier so that the dough does not stand for long. We clean the mushrooms or wash and chop them. Boil the forest mushrooms in salted water. Cut the onion into half rings or cubes.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add mushrooms. Pass them until the liquid evaporates. Then add the onion and sauté for another 10 minutes. Don't forget to add salt to the filling.
Remove the kefir from the refrigerator. In warm kefir, soda will react better, and there will definitely not be a soda taste in the finished pie. Add eggs, soda, sugar and salt to kefir. Mix well.
Sift the flour and add to the kefir.
Mix so that there are no lumps. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
Pour 2/3 of the dough into the bottom of the mold. Lay the filling on top. You can sprinkle the fried mushrooms with fresh herbs.
Fill the cake with the remaining dough.
We send the cake to the oven, heated to 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes. The top of the pie should rise and bake.
Cool the finished pie and serve. It is convenient to serve the cake in portioned forms.
