Today we will make a budget dough using warm water, vegetable oil and eggs. It cannot be called lean, because eggs are present in the recipe. But if you need to make the dough fresh, then just exclude eggs from the ingredients.

- Water - 1 tbsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Dry yeast - 11 g
- Olive or vegetable oil - 1, 5 tablespoons
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.
- Salt - a pinch
Step by step preparation of yeast dough for pies and buns, recipe with photo:
1. Pour warm water into a mixing bowl. Its temperature should be no more than 37 degrees. If you put your finger in the water, then it should be comfortable. Add sugar and dry yeast to the water.
2. Whisk the water to dissolve the yeast.
3. Move it to a warm place so that there are no drafts for half an hour. During this time, an airy foam forms on the surface. This means the yeast is fresh and works well.
4. Add eggs to the yeast and add vegetable oil.
5. Stir with a whisk until the liquid mass becomes homogeneous.
6. Pour flour into the liquid base. It is advisable to sift it through a fine sieve so that it is enriched with oxygen. This will make the dough more fluffy and tender.
7. Knead an elastic and soft dough. It should easily come off the walls of the dishes and lag behind the hands. Cover it with a cotton towel and send it to a warm place for 45 minutes to fit and double in volume. After this time, knead the dough again and start baking the products. After forming yeast pies and buns from the dough, put them on a baking sheet and leave for 10-15 minutes to come up.
