Step by step cooking of pasta with tomatoes:
1. Pour drinking water into a saucepan, add salt and boil. Put the pasta in boiling water and stir to prevent it from sticking. Season them with salt, bring the water to a boil again, and reduce the heat to medium. Cook the pasta for about 15 minutes, but read the specific cooking time on the manufacturer's packaging. Cook them with the lid open.
2. Turn the finished pasta into a sieve and leave for a few seconds to drain all excess liquid.
3. While the pasta is cooking, wash the tomato and pat dry with a paper towel. Use a sharp knife to cut it into large pieces. Do not crumble it finely, otherwise it will turn into a homogeneous gruel during heat treatment.
4. Pour olive oil into a skillet and heat. Add the tomatoes and fry them over medium heat until lightly golden brown on all sides.
5. Put the boiled spaghetti in a portioned plate, in which you will serve the food and pour a little olive oil.
6. Put the fried tomatoes on top of the pasta and serve hot. If you wish, you can sprinkle more cheese shavings on top or sprinkle with chopped basil herbs. They eat the food immediately after cooking, they don't do it for the future.
