- Honey - 1 tsp
- Cognac - 1 tablespoon
- Pears - 1 pc.
- Lemon - 0.25
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
Step by step cooking drunk pears in the microwave, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the lemon, dry it, cut it in half and squeeze the juice into a deep small bowl. Add ground cinnamon to it.
2. Pour brandy into lemon juice and add honey. If the honey is very thick, pre-steam it in a steam bath, but do not bring it to a boil.
3. Stir the sauce until smooth.
4. Wash and dry the pears with a paper towel. Use a special knife to remove the core with seeds. Cut the pulp into wedges and place them on a serving plate.
