Apple pancakes are a versatile and quick dessert that is recommended for children and women who are watching their weight. Because they are undoubtedly beneficial for a growing small body, compared to baked goods, which are high in sugar. Properly prepared baked goods always have a nice contrast between a crispy crust and a soft, tender center.
Apples for this dish can be grated, or finely chopped, or cut into rings. The taste of the dessert will depend on the chosen method of preparing them. It is advisable to choose sour varieties of apples, for example, Antonovka. They have a rich aroma and cook faster. If desired, you can put different flavors in the dough: vanilla, honey, cinnamon, than to add new flavor notes to the food.
I do not recommend using a lot of sugar in the dough, because the product may burn when baking. Making apple fritters
1. Wash the apples and wipe dry with a cotton towel. Use special knives to remove the core and peel the fruit.
2. Grate the apple with a coarse grater or use a food processor.
3. Pour flour, sugar, ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt into the bowl with apples and beat in the eggs. Optionally, you can add coconut for taste, and replace sugar with honey. For the viscosity of the dough, eggs can be replaced with starch: potato or corn.
4. Knead the dough to distribute the food evenly.
5. Place the pan on the stove. Pour in vegetable oil and heat well. Then place a portion of the dough on it with a tablespoon, forming it into an oval or round shape.
6. First fry the pancakes for 1 minute over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 2-3 minutes more. After that, turn over to the back side and cook using the same technology until fully cooked.
7. Put the finished pancakes in a storage container and keep them in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days.
