Most often, housewives knead the dough for pancakes with whey. We suggest you break away from tradition and make apple pancakes with sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • Apples - 5 pcs. (large)
  • Sour cream - 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • Flour - 1 glass
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Slaked soda - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Raisins optional

Cooking pancakes with sour cream with apples:

  1. On a coarse grater, grate the apples previously peeled from the peel. Add eggs, sugar, cinnamon to them and stir everything. You can add some raisins if you like.
  2. Now add sour cream to the dough (it makes the pancakes just airy) and slaked soda, again stir everything very thoroughly.
  3. Then add a glass of flour (you may need more, look at the consistency of the dough - it should be like thick sour cream) and mix the dough.
  4. We spread the pancakes with a tablespoon in a hot frying pan greased with sunflower oil and fry on both sides over low heat, covering with a lid.
  5. Be careful not to burn the pancakes. But remember that if you take them out of the pan earlier, you will find layers of raw dough in the middle. So you have to get used to it.

You can serve apple pancakes with honey, sour cream, jam or chocolate.
