There are many variations in the preparation of stuffed eggs. Today I want to tell you one of them - eggs stuffed with cheese and sausages. This is actually an egg-cheese-sausage salad, but only interestingly decorated. This is a real godsend for a quick and easy snack. It is convenient to prepare such hearty snacks if you boil the eggs in advance, for example, a day in advance. Then it will be possible to stuff them literally in half an hour. Of course, you can mix all these ingredients and you will get a salad, but stuffed eggs look much prettier and more solemn on the table.

Step-by-step recipe for making eggs stuffed with cheese and sausages:
1. First of all, boil hard-boiled eggs. This cycle will take 7-8 minutes. Then, to make it easier to peel the eggs from the shell, immerse them in cold water. Soak them for about 10 minutes. Change the cold water as needed, so they cool down even faster. Then, remove the shells from the eggs and cut them in half.
2. Carefully, so as not to damage the white, remove the boiled yolk and place it in a deep bowl. Slightly remember it with a fork. Peel the sausages from the film and cut into small cubes. Send them to the yolks.
3. Finely chop the processed cheese or grate it on a medium grater and also place it in a deep bowl with the filling products. To make this process easier, soak it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
4. Add mayonnaise to food and mix well. Taste and add a little salt if needed.
5. Stuff the boiled proteins with the filling, laying it out in a generous heap. For a festive snack, garnish the appetizer with chopped herbs. Chill the stuffed eggs in the refrigerator and serve.
