1. Defrost boiled-frozen shrimps or pour boiling water for 5-7 minutes to thaw them faster.
2. Place the sliced processed cheese into the grinder.

4. Defrost the crab sticks, cut into medium-sized pieces and send to the grinder to the processed cheese. Defrost crab sticks naturally without using the microwave or hot water. For a delicious snack, use more expensive crab sticks.
5. Then add the peeled shrimp to the food.
6. Grind the food to a smooth, uniform consistency. If there is no such device, grate the food on a fine or medium grater. The filling, of course, will not be uniform, but it will still be tasty.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled for 8 minutes, transfer to cold water so that the shell is easily peeled off and does not stick to the egg white. Cut the peeled eggs into halves.
7. Carefully remove the yolk from the eggs and use for the filling. So send it to the shredder for the curd.
8. Beat the food again until smooth. If the mixture seems too tight, add 1 tsp. mayonnaise. Fill the egg halves with the resulting mass.
9. Arrange the eggs nicely with shrimp, crab sticks and cheese on a platter and garnish with finely chopped green onions. To keep the eggs stable, cut off the bottom of each half a little.
